Intensive Case Management Program (ICM)
Case Management Services for individuals who are Deaf, Hard of Hearing, Late-Deafened or Deaf-Blind who need ongoing support to handle everyday life matters and assistance to obtain services in the community.

ICM has been in steady demand. We want the word to spread of all the possible support ICM can provide.  Brochures are available outside the ICM office, located across from Audiology in Holton Hall.  ICM is available to any  S.E. Vermonter that is Deaf or Hard of Hearing.  We serve individuals in need of support for everyday life matters as well as obtaining services in the community.  ICM can schedule evening or  afternoon appointments, in the office or in the community/home.
