On Saturday, April 21, 2012, more than 250 Comcast Vermont employees and their families and friends volunteered to improve six sites across Vermont, one site was the Vermont Center for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (VCDHH) in Brattleboro, as part of Comcast's 11th "Comcast Cares Day."
Comcast's Brattleboro area employees spent the day at VCDHH where they performed painting and landscaping duties.
" The activities that the Comcast employees performed today would not otherwise have gotten done with out their efforts," said Bert Carter, President of VCDHH . "VCDHH is truly grateful for our partnership with Comcast during Comcast Cares Day, as it draws attention to the needs of our community and encourages others to get involved."
